Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During high-volume seasonal periods or major sales events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–7 business days — $5.95 / Free for orders over $75
Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 2–3 business days — $12.95 Flat Rate

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to destinations within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your tracking updates or your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@fjelldekor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses using standard postal services.

Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns

Fjell Dekor is dedicated to ensuring your products arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please email our support team at contact@fjelldekor.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these instances on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to work toward a satisfactory solution, whether through a replacement or a refund.
